Valley Oaks Village is excited to announce our work with architecture firm, Lovers Unite, in conjunction with landscape design by Kathleen Ferguson Landscapes and interior design by Sarah Walker Design Studio, for our new clubhouse. As a family business, it was important to us as owners that we not only found a design team with outstanding work but also one that was knowledgeable about the California Ranch style and took time to understand the history of the property. The new design will feature a brand new conference room that our onsite staff can use for meetings and will also be a space that residents can rent for family gatherings or meetings. There will also be a new catering kitchen, a game room, and a completely revised mail room. Our clubhouse has always had a large great room for community gatherings, parties, and group activities. This tradition will continue in the new design along with a cozy fireplace area and a TV watching nook.
Our goal is to complete construction and have this new building available for us in 2025 if not before. Check back for more updates and news about our progress.
